Cheese and Garlic Pita Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Split each pita bread round i half, horizontally, then cut each half into four wedges.

Place butter, garlic and basil in a bowl. Mix to combine. Place pita wedges, cut side up on an oiled baking ray. Brush with butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
