Cheese Potato Casserole

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c daisy sour cream
  • bread crumbs



Step 1

Cook unpeeled potatoes until done. Chill, peel and grate or slice into large bowl. Toss potatoes lightly with onion and cheese. Mix melted butter and soup together and fold in potatoes. Stir in sour cream. Spread into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
