Pita Chips with Sun-Dried Tomato & Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 pita, lightly brushed with olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • 12 oz goat cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes, chpd
  • 1/2 c kalamata olives, pitted & chpd
  • 3 T. basil, cut into fine chiffonade
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Grill the pita over moderate flame on grill, 2 minute on each side or until you see grill parks. Remove and cut into 6 pieces and sprinkle with kosher salt.

Combine goat and cream cheese. Form into round shape and place in the cneter of a large plate, press down slightly. Combine the rest and pour over the cheese. Serve with pita chips.
