Ingredients

  • Martha’s Blueberry Muffins
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, add sugar & beat, add egg & beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in berries. Fill papers 2/3 full.
Topping: ½ cup sugar ½ cup flour
¼ cup soft butter ½ tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together & sprinkle on top of muffins. Bake @ 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12-15 muffins
