Ingredients
- Mix well the dry ingredients:
- 3 1/3 C. Flour (organic)
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (I use Nu-Salt)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 C. Sugar (I used Sugar In The Raw)
- 1/2 C. pecans chopped
- Set a side....
- Mix wet in separate bowl:
- 1 C. Oil (I use Smart Balance)
- 4 eggs (organic)
- 2/3 C. Water
- 1 Can Organic Pumpkin

Preparation
Step 1
Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
Place in 6 small tins or 3 Med. to Large Tins. (spray sides of tins)
Bake at 350 for 15 mins then turn down to 335' for 35 to 40 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean.
During the holidays I add dried organic cranberries or I've used frozen ones too.
