  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 '/2 Tbsp.cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp.lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup

Step 1

Remove 1/4 cup orange juice; mix in cornstarch and lemon juice. Set aside. In small saucepan combine remaining orange juice, sugar and light corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium. Boil 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened; cook 1 minute. Cool completely. Store sauce in refrigerator.
