- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice (no need to drain)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 2 and 1/2 pounds cubed beef chuck stew meat
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
