Ingredients
- 1 medium orange
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 6 chicken breasts
- white rice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel off zest with peeler and mince zest. Trim off orange rind and cut orange into 8 wedges.
Stir zest, oil, paprika, rosemary, garlic salt, pepper.
Rub orange mixture over chicken.
Transfer to roasting pan and scatter orange wedges.
Roast 45 minutes.
Cover loosely with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
