Sweet Chili Tuna Dip
Quick, easy and full of flavor and a little spice, this tuna dip is perfect with pita chips or crackers.

- 2.6 oz foil package of Asian Spicy Tuna
- 6 oz tuna (or use the tuna in the foil package)
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce (or more!)
- 4 green onions
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 can of water chestnuts, chopped
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate.
Serve in phyllo cups, or with crackers or wontons
