Baked Dijon Salmon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 T. Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 T. honey
- 1/4 cup Vigo Seasoned Bread Crumbs with Romano Cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 - 1-1/4 lbs. salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 400. Stir together butter, mustard and honey in small bowl until mixed. In another bowl mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Brush fillets heavily with butter mixture and lay in baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
Bake until fish flakes, about 12-15 min.
