- 1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/4 t. cloves
- 1 can (12-13 fl. oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix filling in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 45 minutes.
Insert knife near center. When it comes out clean, pie is done.
