- 2 c. canned corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and flour and milk gradually. Stir and bring to boiling point; add corn, seasonings, egg yolks beaten until thick and lemon-colored. Add egg whites beaten until stiff. Turn into buttered dish and bake in 350 oven for 25-30 mins.
