Ingredients
- 2 15oz cans of corn
- 4 cans chopped green chilis
- 1 Cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1 lb shredded Jack Cheese
- 4 minced Jalapeno peppers
- 8 ozs Mayo. May not need all. (just enough to mix well)
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Sliced olives for topping

Step 1
Stir all together and bake at 350 for 45 minutes (until bubbling)
Serve with Tostitos Scoops
