Cranberry Walnut Stuffing
Weight Watchers Points = 6 per serving
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 16-ounce package herbed stuffing
- 1 14.5-ounce can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, orange peel and cinnamon. Set aside. In saucepan, melt butter and cook celery until tender. Add cranberry sauce mixture, stuffing, chicken broth and walnuts to celery. Toss well to mix. Place in buttered casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
