Ingredients

    cup uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 1

    can (10½ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ¼

    cup milk

  • ½

    cup sour cream

  • ½

    cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese or American Cheese

  • ¾

    cup frozen (or canned) peas or peas and carrots, slightly cooked

  • ¼

    finely minced onions

  • ½

    can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

  • 1

    can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked

  • ½

    jar (2 oz.) chopped pimiento, drained

  • 8-12

    Ritz crackers, crumbled

  • 1

    tbs. butter

Directions

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain well, Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients; pour into a large casserole. Top with crumbled crackers combinded with the butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
