Beef and Broccoli

Either need less sauce or more meat. Too soupy but excellent. Also needs more garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 t olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 c broccoli florets
- 1/2 c carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 med onion
- 1 1/2 c cream soup substitute
- 1/4 c water
- 2 t molasses
- 1 t orange zest if tolerated
- 1 t salt
- pepper to taste if tolerated

Step 1
Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain. Heat oil over med heat in skillet or wok. Add the beef and garlic; cook until the beef is starting to brown. Toss in broccoli, carrots, and onion. Cook for additional 5 min.
Add soup substitute, water, molasses, zest, salt, pepper and heat to boiling. Cover, reducing heat to low. Cook additional 5 min or until the veggies are tender. Serve over rice.
