Garlic "Knot"-Chos

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 4 tbs Olive oil
  • 4 tbs Butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Pizza sauce
  • Jalapeno, chopped
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Step 1

Roll out pizza dough. Cut into strips. Break into pieces and roll into knots. Coat with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15-20 minutes or until doubled in size. Remove from oven. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley and coat the pizza dough knots with it. Place coated knots on a cooking plate. Drizzle pizza sauce to your desired amount. Top with chopped Jalapeno and mozzarella (or whatever you like on your nachos). Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with Parmesan cheese.
