Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Swanson Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Swanson Himalayan Crystal Salt
- 1 bag Swanson Freeze-Dried Strawberry Slices
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Himalayan Crystal Salt. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Let it sit for a couple hours; this allows the strawberries to plump up from the liquid in the salsa and gives the flavors time to mingle. Serve chilled with our Garlic & Herb Pita Chips, tortilla chips or thin-sliced baguettes.
Makes 5 servings. Serving size 1 cup.
