Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add the Brussels Sprouts and cook for two minutes. Drain

Add minced garlic, pepper, salt garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Put in Sprouts and toss to coat. Transfer to baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
