Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 2 T EVOO
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Trim asparagus stalks
Lay in a single layer on a cheet pan and drizzle with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and return to oven for a minute to melt cheese.
