Loaded Baked Potatoes

  • 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 3-1/4 oz. jar bacon bits
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Combine potatoes and butter in a large bowl. Add cheese, sour cream and bacon bits, mixing thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into a slow cooker; cover and cook on high setting for one hour or on low setting for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
