Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 3 15oz cans good diced tomatoes, drained leaving some liquid.
- 2 rounded TBS tomato paste
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 TBS butter
- 4 TBS flour
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- store bought pesto for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk over low heat.
In blender add remaining ingredients. Process till smooth. Add to hot milk, increase heat to boil. Serve with dollop of store bought pesto on top.
