Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 teas. Vegetable oil
  • 1 teas. Peeled, minced gingerroot
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbl. Water
  • 1 Tbl. Soy sauce
  • 1 teas. Cornstartch
  • 1/2 teas. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teas. Sesame oil
  • 1/4 teas. Crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Steam beans five minutes. Then sauté ginger and garlic in
oil for 30 seconds. Add green beans. Saute five minutes.

Combine 2 Tbl. Water and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
Add to beans cook 30 seconds or till heated.
