Chinese Style Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 teas. Vegetable oil
- 1 teas. Peeled, minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbl. Water
- 1 Tbl. Soy sauce
- 1 teas. Cornstartch
- 1/2 teas. Brown sugar
- 1/2 teas. Sesame oil
- 1/4 teas. Crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Steam beans five minutes. Then sauté ginger and garlic in
oil for 30 seconds. Add green beans. Saute five minutes.
Combine 2 Tbl. Water and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
Add to beans cook 30 seconds or till heated.
