Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring water to boil for pasta and cook according to box.
2. Melt butter in another pan, stir in flour (stirring constantly!). Slowly add milk until boiling. Boil and stir for one minute and take away from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
3. Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni in pan. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top (1/4 cup margarine and breadcrumbs).
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
