Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup

Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Serve with vegetables or bread.
