  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz. container)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. powdered sugar

Step 1

Heat oven to 350º. Combine cake mix, egg & Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky!!! Form dough into tablespoonfuls & roll in powdered sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes til edges are golden. Allow to cool 1 minute on baking sheet; then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
