Fancy Fettucini Carbonara

Ingredients
- 1 lb fettucini noodles
- 1 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 c white wine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese
- fresh ground pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Boil noodles, drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Serve at once with a green salad and Italian bread.
