Lush Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 sticks of butter
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- 2 packages of instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups of milk

Preparation
Step 1
1st layer
Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Press into a un-greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
2nd layer
Blend cream cheese and sugar together. Mix for 1 minute and add 1 cup cool whip. Spread over cooled bottom layer.
3rd layer
Beat pudding and milk together. Mix for 2 minutes. Let stand. When set up it on top of second layer. Put remaining cool whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
