RASPBERRY MOJITO PUNCH

in a punch bowl combine 1/3 c sugar and ¼ c lightly packed fresh mint leaves and muttle with a wooden spoon. Then add 3 c cold water, a 12 oz can frozen raspberry juice blend and ½ c fresh chilled lime juice. Mix that so the sugar dissolves. Then add 24 oz (3 cups) chilled club soda and 1 thinly sliced lime and 1 c fresh raspberries. Mix and serve. This receipe was alcohol free. I added one liter of Key Lime rum and even needed to add a little more liquor to get any liquor flavor so I added a little coconut rum. We tried this on 10/21/2008 and it was very, very good. It would be good for parties.
