Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary (or 2 Tbsp fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 T. canola oil

Step 1
Brown both sides of the chicken in the oil. Add the lime juice and chicken broth and sprinkle the spice on both sides of chicken and saute until liquid evaporates.
