Ingredients
- 1-2 # boneless chicken, cut up
- 1 can (14oz) artichokes, halved
- 1/2 C white wine or sherry
- 1/2 C oil
- 1 C chicken consomme
- 2 T butter
- garlic to taste
- 1/8 C lemon Juice
- 1 C Flour
- 1 # mushrooms, sliced

Step 1
Flour chicken and brown in hot oil. Once browned, 12-15min, remove chicken and drain oil. Saute mushrooms and artichokes in butter. Simmer for 5-10min. Return chicken to pan, add wine, garlic, lemon juice, and consomme. Cover and simmer 10-15min.
