Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 2 Cans (15 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 Can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, drained
- 1 Pkg. Vanilla or Coconut Cream Pudding Mix
- 1 Large Container Cool Whip

Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients well and pour into 2 prepared round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until well done. Cool. Mix crushed pineapple and pudding and let set in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Mix well with Cool Whip and frost cooled cake. Garnish with chopped pecans or toasted coconut.
