Lemon Drop Cookies

Ingredients

• Cookies:
• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• Lemon Glaze:
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• couple drops water

Preparation

Step 1

350 oven preheat and grease cookie sheet

Mix ingredients together until dough forms. Roll into 1 inch balls.

Roll top of ball in confectioners sugar.

Bake 7-9 minutes and cool completely.

(if using glaze, omit confectioners sugar step)
