Graham Cracker Crust
(8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
Can (14 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, drained
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Blend in eggs, fold in pineapple. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned or firm. Top with whipped cream if desired.
