  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1 to 2 scoops protein powder, if desired
