Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup seasoned (herb) stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚. Place chicken breast halves in 9x13 baking dish. Put cheese and mushrooms over chicken. Combine soups, mixing well. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle top with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over top of casserole, if desired. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
