- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 or 3 lemons
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- Baked pie shell or cracker crust shell

Step 1
Blend milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with mernigue made by beating egg whites until stiff and adding sugar. Bake at 350 until brown..Chill
