Ingredients
- 10-12 small white or red potatoes about 1-inch in diameter quartered (cut into bite size pieces).
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F degrees.
Wash potatoes and cut into quarters (bite size pieces) and put in a bowl.
Salt and pepper potatoes to taste.
Sprinkle paprika and rosemary on potatoes and mix well.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and mix well again.
Spread potatoes out on a cookie sheet with sides in one layer.
Cook 20 minutes flip potatoes and cook 10-20 minutes more. Potatoes are done when a folk goes in easy.
