lb. raw medium shrimp in the shell
tsp. canola or olive oil
Tbs. prepared seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
1. Coat shrimp with oil. 2. Toss with seafood seasoning. 3. Place shrimp on steamer rack over boiling water. Reduce heat and steam, covered, about 2-3 minutes or until bright pink. 4. Serve warm with your favorite spicy cocktail sauce.
