Rosemary Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 9 x 9 dish.
Saute garlic and onions in butter until tender. add flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly add cream, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and add rosemary.
Layer half of potatoes in bottom of dish. Top with half of the sauce and sprinkle half of the cheese over it. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
