Mango and Jicama Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled mango (can use frozen if you can't find fresh)
- 1 1/2 cups julienne-cut peeled jicama
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk lime juice, honey, cumin and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, gently toss mangos, jicama, red onion, avocado, jalapeño and cilantro. Toss with dressing and serve.
