  • 1 16oz bag of pinto beans
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 lb salt pork, chopped
  • 5-6 cups of water

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse beans. Place beans, onion, garlic, salt pork and water in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
