can condensed cream of chicken soup
T lemon juice
cups cubed cooked chicken
small onion chopped
cvup green pepper chopped
cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
cup shredded cheddar
12 oz pkg egg noodles, cooked and drained.
In a large bowl, mix soup, lemon juice and mayo. Stir in chicken, onions peppers, 1/2 cup each of cheeses. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to 2 qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and bake for 10 min longer or until veggies are tender and cheese melted.
