Orange Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jello
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook & stir vanilla pudding
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) tapioca pudding (or 1/3 C.)
- 3 C. cold water
- 12 oz. cool whip
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix jello and both puddings in large saucepan with water. Cook over med-high heat. Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes while continuously stirring.
2. Remove from heat and let mixture cool in pan- about 2 hours.
3. Set aside a few oranges for garnish.
4. When mixture cool, blend in cool whip and oranges. Use set aside oranges to garnish.
5. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight for best results.
