Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package yeast
- 2 cups lukewarm milk
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 each eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- grated rind of one large orange

Preparation
Step 1
NIGHT BEFORE-Dissolve the yeast in water in large ceramic or glass bowl. Add milk, oil, salt, sugar and flour. Mix, cover and let stand at room temperature over night.
MORNING-add eggs, soda, and orange rind.
BAKE in Belgian waffle iron until crisp.
