Ingredients
- 2 Large Baking Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Margarine
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Bacon Bits
- 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- dash Pepper

Step 1
1. Bake the potatoes at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Cool. Cut each potato in half. Scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell. In a bowl, mash the pulp with margarine. Stir in the milk, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, and chives. Spoon into the potato shells.
2. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
