- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2/3 orange juice.
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- zest of 1 small to med. grapefruit
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp LorAnn orange oil.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix box of yellow cake mix per instructions on the box, but substitute 2/3 cup of the water needed with orange juice.
Combine above with other ingredients, fold into 3 preprared 9″ pans and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees.
