Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (approx 1 & 1/2 lemons)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- zest of 1 & 1/2 lemons
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Combine 12 ounces of cooked green beans with lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
