Mashed potatoes casserole

  • 5 lbs baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic salt



Step 1

Boil potatoes then drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mash and mix well (use a stand mixer or hand mixer). Transfer potatoes to a shallow baking dish and cover with foil. Potatoes can be kept warm in the oven at this point, refrigerate or frozen. Makes 10-12 servings.
Bake for 30-45 mins or until hot in 350 degree oven.
