Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 can kernal corn
- 1 14 oz can cream corn

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and baking powder and make a well in the center.
Beat together eggs and corn. Pour into flour mixture and 1 tablespoon liquid oil all at one time.
Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil. Turn as they rise and frequently during frying. Fry 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown.
